Kefid Machinery provides complete set of Iron Ore (Magnetite, Hematite) beneficiation machine, including Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher (mobile and stationary type), Ball Mill, Rotary Kiln, Wet/Dry Magnetic Separator, Dryer, Flotation Machine, High Frequency Screen, etc.
1. Crushing
Iron ore rocks are fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for rough crushing and reduced to 6 inches or smaller. Then, the smaller iron ore will be transferred to cone crusher by belt conveyor for fine crushing; the crushed iron ore will be transferred to vibrating screen for classifying. Iron ores will be divided into different sizes and oversized iron ore will be sent back for fine crushing again.
2. Grinding
Small crushed iron ore will fed to ball mills for grinding to between 32 and 45 micrometers
3. Magnetic Separation
Iron Ore powder meets the requirements will be sent into the beneficiation magnetic separator machine to remove debris
4. Drying
Then send into the dryer for drying to get fine iron powder.
