Design Description

This is a stationary three-stages crushing plant, including ZSW1100x4200 vibrating feeder+ PE750x1060 jaw crusher+ CSB160C Symons cone crusher+ VSI5X8522 sand making machine+ 2YZS1860/4YZS1860 vibrating screens. The design capacity is 150TPH, with the function of crushing, screening and reshaping.

Crushing process

The blasted stone will be feed to jaw crusher for primary crushing, after crushing, the material will be stored in surge hopper. Then the material will be transported to CSB160C cone crusher for secondary crushing, later the material will be separated by vibrating screen to 0-40-70mm as final products, the >70mm size will be reverted to cone crusher and get recrushed. While 0-40mm material will be transported to VSI5X8522 for reshaping, after screening by vibrating screen, we get the final products 0-5-20-40mm.

The advantage of this line is: after secondary crushing, the sizes 0-40mm will be processed by sand making machine, which increases the percentage of 0-5-20mm in final products, and insure the high quality cubic shape material.
