1. The first stage: crushing and screening
Gold ore fed into jaw crusher or mobile jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for rough primary crushing; crushed gold ore screened by vibrating sieve, then sent to hydraulic cone crusher (secondary fine crushing) by belt conveyor.

2. The second stage: grinding - a closed grinding Sec
Gold powder of 0-12 mm screened by vibrating sieve evenly sent into ball mill for grinding, and screening by the spiral classifier. The gold ore powder does not meet the requirements will send back to the ball mill for grinding again;

3. The third stage: Beneficiation / Extraction
In the dressing production, due to the different types and nature of gold ore beneficiation methods used are also different, but commonly use re-election, flotation, amalgamation, cyanidation and resin slurry method, CIP adsorption, and new heap leaching gold extraction process. For certain types of ore, always using joint gold extraction process.
