Fine Grinding Mill used in non-metallic mineral

The non-metallic mineral mill is a kind of fine grinding mill. It is mainly used in grinding and classification for variety of non-metallic mineral, desulfurization plant in steel and Electricity industry which use limestone powder, the coal powder making from blast furnace injection etc.

Principle of the non-metallic mineral mill

The main motor drive the millstone to rotate via the speed-reducer , meanwhile the wind enter into the the main frame. From the air intake, the materials fall down the center of the millstone from the feeding entrance of the screw conveyor. With the centrifugal force, materials move from the center to the edge on the millstone, they are grinded by the roller when pass through the roller area .large materials are directly squeezed ,fine material become into layer and do the interparticle grinding when pressed.

The grinded material continually move to the edge of the millstone until be taken away by the strong airflow at the wind ring ,while the material with big size are fall down the millstone and be pressed again . the grind stuff is carried by the airflow from the blower into the separator for screening. The unqualified material fall down the millstone for the repeat grinding ,the qualified powder is blown into the cyclone collector and poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products. When the debris mixed in the material like fe move to the edge of the millstone ,they can not be blown away but fall down the inferior body of the mill because of the heavy weight and be discharged outside from the drip opening by the scraping plate which fixed under the millstone.
