Copper Ore Processing Line—Crushing, Grinding, Beneficiation

Kefid Machinery provides complete set of Copper Ore (mined or extracted as copper sulfides from large open pit mines) beneficiation machine, including Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher (mobile and stationary type), Ball Mill, Rotary Kiln, Wet/Dry Magnetic Separator, Dryer, Flotation Machine, High Frequency Screen, etc.

1. The first stage: crushing and screening
Chunks of copper ore fed into jaw crusher or mobile jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for rough primary crushing; crushed copper ore screened by vibrating sieve, then sent to hydraulic cone crusher (secondary fine crushing) by belt conveyor.

2. The second stage: grinding - a closed grinding Sec
Copper powder of 0-12 mm screened by vibrating sieve evenly sent into ball mill for grinding, and screening by the spiral classifier. The copper ore powder does not meet the requirements will send back to the ball mill for grinding again;

3. The third stage: dressing - New sorting flotation process
Copper powder which meet the requirements will be mixed into the flotation machine. Copper powder then get into the dryer for drying which can be obtained copper powder.
