INTRODUCTION

Put the pure magnetic iron ore directly into the smelter for ironmaking,but there will be many raw ores left.The magnetic iron with high content of impurities can be used to produce concentrates by simply crushing, screening,grinding and magnetic separation.So the processing technic of iron ore consisted of three stages: crushing, grinding,mineral processing.

Stage one ：crushing and screening

The bigger sizes iron ore will be transfered evenly from hopper to the jaw crushing or mobile jaw crushing plant by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing. After primary crushing,the material will be separated by vibrating screen,then the outputs are fed into the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondery crushing.After crushing,the outputs will be transfered to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing.

Stage two : Grinding

Put the 0-12mm sizes iron powder separated by vibrating screen into the ball mill for grinding, then be separated by the spiral classifier,and the unrequired sizes were transported to the ball mill for grinding again.

Stage three : Magnetic separation

Put the required sizes of iron powder into the magnetic separator for removing extra stuff through high intensity magnetic separation.

Stage four : Drying

Transporting the iron powder into the drier for drying to get the powdered iron.
