The application of wollastonite powder in the ceramic industry

In the mid 1980s, there are 90 million tons of wollastonite reserves discovered in the world.

Currently, wollastonite in building and sanitary ceramics application proved to be widely used in ceramic industry wollastonite. Now, pure natural wollastonite material has not much storage on earth. Currently wollastonite milling process has been used to produce tiles, translucent crafts, art ceramics, porcelain and fine ceramics, special ceramics in the long and short ceramic, low-loss electromagnetic, ceramic mold and so on. In the building and sanitary ceramics industries it can produce glazed tiles, mosaic tiles, sanitary ware and parts glaze semi-products, is expected in the future wollastonite materials will have a greater purpose in the ceramic industry.
