Process Description

this 500TPH design includes two lines, totally four sets of mobile crushing plants, which is a typical two-stages crushing line, i.e. YG1349EW86 mobile jaw crushing plant+ Y3S2160HP220 mobile hydraulic cone crushing & screening plant.

Crushing process: the raw material is crushed by JC840*1100 European tech jaw crusher first, then be separated by vibrating screen, the 0-32mm products will be separated as final products, while the >32mm sizes material will be transported to secondary crusher HPT220 and get crushed, after crushing, the material will be separated by vibrating screen. This is a closed circuit to satisfy customer’s requirement of 0-8-25-32mm. Our machines adopted advanced European technology, with stable performance and creates high profit for our customers.
