How to eliminate some frequent failures among the working process of jaw crusher

Jaw crusher is widely used as the primary crushing equipment by mineral processing factory. In order to ensure the normal operation of the device, and give full play to its performance, in addition to some proper operation, regular maintenance and periodic maintenance, but also need accurate and timely work to determine and eliminate possible failure.

The common major fault among Jaw crusher's operation is summarized as follows:
1. Crushers with no load operation, the lower has a metal crash. It might be the following three reasons:(1) From the tooth plate percussion each other between moving jaw and fixed jaw, the reason is that the port of discharge is small, and it should be timely adjusted;(2) The thrust plate or pad adjustment device appears percussion. Generally, caused by the rod buffer spring elastic disappeared or damage or spring does not bear the weight of the rotation; (3) Bracket bearing slide is badly worn or loose, the bracket head wear seriously, it should be replaced.
2. When working, the machine has a metal percussion and backing jitter. This phenomenon is often caused by what the crushing chamber side liner and the tooth plate (moving, fixed) are loose, or solid screw loosening or breakage, which should be solid or replaced.
3. Brackets fracture frequently. In addition to the power transmission, it also can play a role as insurance by the lack of strength. Besides, it may also be caused by the pressure of the spring rod, and adding the crushing force to make it work overload fracture, we may be appropriate to loosen the springs.
4. Product size is becoming thicker, which caused by what the crusher's plate wear badly. Teeth plates should be exchanged or replaced under the new board liner, and adjust the discharge opening size to achieve the required size.
