50-70 tph crushing plant process:

The material collected in the hopper will be sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder evenly, periodically and continuously. And then the material will be crushed by the jaw crusher. The material falling down from the jaw crusher will be sent to the high efficient cone crusher for secondary crushing and then sorted by the vibrating screen. The qualified sized material will be sent to the final product area by the belt conveyor. And the oversized material will return to the cone crusher for re-crushing.
