1. Cut the steel wires exposed of the raw material first. Transport the materials to the hopper.2. Feed the materials to the jaw crusher PE750X1060 for crushing equally and continuously with the help of vibrating feeder ZSW 1100 X 4200.
3. After being crushed by PE750X1060, the material will processed by RCYD©-10 Magnetic Iron Remover, the small steel pieces will be separated.
4. The material will be crushed by impact crusher PFS1315, and the output material from the impact crusher will be delivered to the screen 3YZS2160 for separating. 4. By screening, the materials bigger than 20 mm will be transported to the impact crusher for re-crushing. Materials less than 20 mm, will be sorted into 2 kinds of final product, 0-10mm, and 10-20 mm as final products.
