Petroleum coke flour and processing flow

Petroleum coke is the last "waste" in the petroleum refining process. After being processed by milling, it can replace heavy oil as a fuel and has good application effect in the glass industry.

Petroleum coke powder processing flow:

The petroleum coke crushed by a crusher, and then by the dryer for drying (some do not need drying), and finally by the MTW European mill strong grinding, made in line with customer requirements of the petroleum coke powder (generally Fineness requirements of 200 mesh), by the delivery system quantitative continuous, uniform and stable injection into the furnace for combustion.

Petroleum coke powder in the glass furnace combustion temperature can reach or close to the flame temperature of heavy oil combustion 1650-1730 degrees, containing the same ash and heavy oil, sulfur powder coal tar lower.
