Mobile crusher in the stone yard layout

The layout of the mobile crusher in the quarry is affected by the topography of the quarry, the mining area, the blasting technology, the equipment for excavation and the subsequent feeding conditions, and can be roughly divided into three kinds of layouts.

(1) The mobile crusher is arranged in the material yard and the dump truck is transported to the material, and the stone is transported by the belt conveyor after being crushed. This is a more traditional way. In addition to the need to construct and maintain the transportation routes, its reliability is relatively high and its impact on production is relatively small.

(2) The mobile crusher is arranged on the slippery wellhead and the dumper truck is unloaded into the crushing plant. The crushed stone is directly discharged into the chute. In this way, due to a large block of stone, a large depth of the well and other reasons, plugging the possibility of increasing the impact on the production of large, less reliable, serious may result in the accident wells.

(3) The mobile crusher is arranged on the mining surface of the material yard. The excavator charges the material directly. The crushed stone is transported to the semi-finished products yard by the belt conveyor. This is the most reliable and economical arrangement.
