Process Description

The raw river stone is fed to the CS cone crusher CSB160 by the vibrating feeder ZGZ110-4 from the first hopper. The CS cone crusher CSB160 crushes the big river stones, and the CSS=38mm. The crushed stone will be transported to the vibrating screen 4YZS1860 to separate by the recycling belt conveyors. The screen mesh is 10mm,20mm, 30mm and 40mm. So the +30mm will be returned to the cone crusher to re-crush and 0-30mm will be screened out as the final products. This makes it a closed circuit to produce around 120tph 0-30mm final products. The clients are satisfied with our mobile cone crusher’s performance.
