Crushing process

1. This line includes three sets of mobile crushers: YG114C811 mobile jaw crusher +YG120HP300 mobile coarse cone crusher+Y4S216HP300 mobile fine cone crusher. This is a three stages crushing line.
2. Passing through the hopper, the granite raw materials are fed by vibrating feeder ZSW1100X4200 into the European-tech jaw crusher JC840X1100 evenly and gradually for primary crushing. And the waste will be collected under the vibrating feeder and transported by side belt conveyor.
2. After primary crushing, the crushed gravel will pass through magnetic iron separator in order to separate iron content in it. 3. The stone of 0-180mm crushed by jaw crusher will be fed into hydraulic cone crusher HPT300 (coarse cavity) for secondary crushing;
4. Then the material will be fed into hydraulic cone crusher HPT300 (fine cavity) for tertiary crushing;
5. After that, all the crushed stone will be transferred to vibrating screen for separation, After separation, products in required size 0-25mm will be retained as final products, while the unqualified size will be returned to the previous cone crusher for recrushing until all the material can satisfy the customers’ requirement of sizes. In this way, the whole line completes a closed circuit crushing process.
