Case study

Generally speaking, granite is hard. Most of the customer will choose cone crusher as secondary crusher. But, our client, he had a special requirement for the final shape of final stone; it should be round shape and cubical shape. That is why he chooses impact crusher as secondary crusher.

Crushing Process

The raw granites are collected into the hopper from the loader or truck, then the granites are fed into the jaw crusher JC840*1100 by the vibrating feeder ZSW1300*4900 for primary crushing. Then the material is transported to the secondary crusher---- impact crusher PFW1318, after crushing, the material will be separated by 4YZS2460, the smaller size 0-5-15-25mm will be separated out and piled. The material + 25mm will be reverted to PFW1318 impact crusher for re-crushing. It is the closed circle crushing line; the granite will be crushed again and again until all the output size below 25mm.
