Kefid focus on producing coal gangue crusher
As China's main energy,coal play an extremely important role in the socio-economic development. Coal gangue and coal-bed methane are the main waste generated during coal development. Coal gangue is the solid waste emission in the process of coal mining and washing.It is a dark gray rock which is harder than coal with lower carbon content in coal forming process associated with coal. After deep processing, coal gangue has extraordinary value. It not only can be used to produce gangue cement, concrete lightweight aggregate, firebricks and other building materials, but also can be used in coal recovery, co-firing of coal and gangue generation, preparation crystalline aluminum chloride, sodium silicate and other chemical products as well as extraction of precious rare metals and as fertilizer.
Currently, grinding mill and sand making machine has been widely used in coal gangue production to produce cement. Whether the gangue is used to produce brick, cement additives or supply to coal gangue power plant, we normally used jaw crusher, impact crusher, raymond mill, overpressure trapezium mill, vertical mill, vibrating screen, vibrating feeder and so on.
The total content of silicon dioxide,ferric oxide and aluminum oxide in gangue is of 80% or more. It is a natural clay material that can be used to produce ordinary portland cement, special cement and clinker cement and other building special-purpose cement. Kefid increasingly focus on the efficient development and production of energy-saving and environmental protection equipment development and utilization of mine waste and other secondary resources.
