Grinding materials from 200 mesh to 500 mesh means processing powder to superfine powder.In selecting equipment, we need to determine according to the material hardness and capacity. Kefid's equipment to process ultra-fine powder of 500 mesh mainly has two series of LUM superfine vertical mill and HGM micro powder mill.
In terms of fineness, LUM superfine vertical mill is suitable for processing ultra-fine powder of 400-1250 mesh, HGM micro powder mill can process ultra-fine powder of 400-3250 mesh;
In terms of capacity, LUM superfine vertical mill's stand-alone capacity is up to 18 tons.It is suitable for large-scale ultra-fine powder processing like limestone, calcite, GCC, talc, barite and other non-metallic minerals.HGM micro powder mill's stand-alone capacity is 0.6-8 tons per hour;
In terms of investment funds, LUM superfine vertical mill has the advantages of advanced technology,large capactity,energy saving and environmental protection,etc. The initial investment is relatively larger than HGM micro powder mill, but its later creation of high economic efficiency is undeniable.
