Dear Evans,
Mobile crusher is new crushing equipment which developed based on the stationary crusher. It does not need fixed installation, you can move it directly to the crushing site, very flexible and convenience.
According to the different vehicle system, mobile crusher is divided into tire mobile crusher and crawler type mobile crusher;
According to the main crusher's different configuration, mobile crusher is divided into mobile primary jaw crusher, mobile impact crusher, mobile cone crusher, mobile VSI crusher, as well as mobile vibrating screen and other different combinations.
Mobile crusher can be used in sand and gravel crushing, mine crushing, construction waste crushing, open coal mine crushing and other fields.Compared with the same power stationary crusher, it has the following advantages:
1. Mobile crusher has equipped with advanced vehicle system, can be flexibly moved to the crushing site, without fixed installation, also saves transportation costs;
2. Mobile crusher can use two start mode: electricity and diesel power. Cummins diesel engine has low fuel consumption, small noise. The engine installed low temperature preheat start device, can conquer -25 ℃ low temperature environment.
3. High torque travel motor has driving force, high reliability. Walking system adopts full power variable open hydraulic system with excellent performance.
4. The imported servo pilot operating system is easy to operate.
