Annual output of 300,000 tons of ore powder average to daily, hourly, probably capacity per hour is about 34 tons, this output is relatively large in ore processing, we need to use a large output crusher. According to production requirements, we can select MTW European mill for annual output of 300,000 tons ore project.
MTW European mill is produced based on 9518 suspension mill,adopting European advanced manufacturing technology and has a bevel gear integral transmission, internal lubrication thin oil, curved duct, curved blade interchangeable blades and many other independent patent property. The equipment has the features of high grinding efficiency and large capacity, uniform product size, stable, energy-saving and environmental protection. In the production and processing of ore powder,it has a significant advantage and recognized by customers.
Feeding size: 30-50mm
Product fineness: 1.6-0.045mm, the smallest is 0.038mm
Capacity: 3-45t/h (to meet requirement of 300,000 tons ore powder per year)
