Iron ore belongs to ferrous metal ores, relatively hard, it need to be processed by equipment used for hard rock ore crushing. Impact crusher is suitable for processing limestone, concrete and other brittle materials. Iron ore, this hard ore will wear its crushing chamber, hammer, rotor and other parts relatively high with high operating costs in post-maintenance.
In the coarse crushing for iron ore, you can choose jaw crusher. It has the features of simple structure, strong crushing capacity, easy maintenance, low operating costs and can crush chunks of iron ore to medium-grained, very suitable for iron ore stone crushing operations.
In the iron ore medium crushing, hydraulic cone crusher is a very suitable choice. Kefid HPT series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and HST series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopt laminated crushing principle, set mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation, intelligent control technology in one, and can effectively achieve "more crushing less grinding " to reduce grinding consumption.
In general, iron ore medium crushing can be divided into two stages, a stage is medium crushing, we can choose HST standard single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher which has large inlet, the final product is 20mm or more; in fine crushing, we can choose HPT short head type multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher which can control the size well, the discharging material can reach 13mm or less, the minimum is up to 6mm.
So, PF1315 impact crusher is not suitable for crushing iron ore.Jaw crusher and cone crusher is the most suitable equipment for iron ore crushing.
