Ceramicite is a granular product.It use a variety of materials such as clay, slate, shale, coal and industrial solid waste, through ceramic sintering. Ceramicite particle size is generally 5 to 20 mm, the maximum diameter is 25 mm, with a high fracture strength, while a lightweight, multi-functional characteristics of corrosion-resistant, frost, seismic and good barrier properties, etc. It generally used to replace concrete rubble and gravel and can be widely used in building materials, gardening, food and beverage, refractory, insulation materials, chemical, oil and other sectors.
 
Ceramicite production line configuration and production processes:
 
Ceramicite sand production process can be simply summed up as: crushing → ingredients → grinding → ball→ calcined→ coal preparation → cooling → screening → product packaging.
1. Plastic method process: for clay and clay materials, the process: clay → plasticizing, homogenizing→ roller granulation →baking → cooling → finished product.
2. Mud balling process: for fly ash or other powdery raw material, the process: fly ash→ mixed homogenized →into a ball pan granulation → baking → cooling → finished product.
3. The grinding process into a ball: for such as shale, shale and coal gangue materials, its processes: shale → drying →grinding → pre-wet→ ball into roasting pan granulation →baking → cooling → finished product. Choosing grinding equipment, Kefid LM vertical mill, MTW European mill, ball mill and other equipment are very suitable. The customer can select according to the actual production needs.
4. Crushing (dry) process: for shale and other raw materials, the process: crushing shale and grade → baking → cooling → finished product. Kefid produce jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher and other crushing equipment to meet the processing needs of different customers.
