Dear Saif,
Under normal circumstances, gold ore beneficiation will make primary crushing and secondary crushing process. In the process, we need to consider the nature of the ore, the discharge size of the finished product requirements, as well as the plant scale and equipment configuration and so on.
When the ore belongs to hard flaky and elongated mineral, you may need two or even more than two jaw crusher to meet the production requirements. Especially in the primary crushing process, if the plant configuration in slope terrain, the program will be more appropriate. Processing gold ore, you can use jaw crusher and hydraulic cone crusher for the main crushing equipment. It must be noted, during the equipment selection, technical and economic plan should be done relatively, based on merit. Cone crusher has a wide usable range and high efficiency. Cone crusher can be divided into coarse crushing,secondary and fine crushing according to usable range.At present, we mostly used standard cone crusher for secondary crushing, short head cone crusher for fine crushing. But for coarse crushing,we usually use cone crusher or jaw crusher.
