Dear Ben,
The common sand production line consists of feeding equipment, crushing equipment, screening equipment, transportation equipment. According to the physical nature of the material and final product specifications and fineness requirements, the production line is divided into two or three stage crushing.
Sand production line process equipment layout principles:
1.according to the actual needs of the site, between the crushing process at all levels, we should set the buffer section and material storage sites in order to protect the normal and efficient operation of the device.
2.between different specifications product,we should set sufficient space for stacking and shipping and consider routine maintenance and lifting requirements, set up the necessary channels.
The common crushing equipment for sand production line:
1.jaw crusher as coarsely crushed models generally used to crush high hardness materials, it is not suitable for crushing viscous ore.
2.cone crusher should be used as the secondary crushing model, generally applies to crush high hardness or medium hardness materials.
3.impact crusher should be used for coarse, medium, fine crushing, it has large crushing ratio, generally applicable to middle and soft materials.
4.vertical shaft impact crusher also called sand making machine, such as 5X sand making machine, VSI series sand making machine, its final products is fine, less flakiness, generally applicable to mechanism sand production.
