Dear Badr,
Gold is mainly extracted from the gold ore, but the gold content in the ore is very low. In order to extract gold ore,we need to crush and grind it,then use beneficiation methods for pre-enrichment or separate gold from ore.
Gold extraction from gold ore process often used re-election and flotation. Gravity separation occupies a very important position in the production of gold. Flotation is the widely used methods in rock gold mine.
A full set of gold processing equipment include: mining equipment, crushing and grinding equipment, re-election and flotation equipment. Crushing and grinding equipments are the most important gold processing equipment. Firstly, we use jaw crusher to crush raw ore for coarse crushing, using standard cone crusher for secondary crushing and short head type cone crusher for fine crushing, grinding using vertical mill. Kefid has been committed to crushing and grinding metal ore and non-metallic minerals. In order to improve mineral production capacity,we modified crushing process so that the mill'sutilization factor for grinding improve. The main measures taken is more crushing less grinding to reduce the particle size of ore into the mill to extend equipment life.
