Dear Dmitri,

Yes,diabase can be used to make sand. We have once configured a diabase sand production line with a capacity of 1,000 tons per hour. The configuration of this line is as follows:

The material is conveyed by GZD1300×4900 vibrating feeder and GZD1500×6000 vibrating feeder to PE900×1200 jaw crusher and PE1200×1500 jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The crushed material is transferred through underground No.1 silo enters into the HST315 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. After being sieved by four 3YZS2675 circular vibrating screens, larger than 36mm and 38mm materials enters into two HPT500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers for fine crushing through the No. 2 underground transfer silo. The crushed material is sieved by vibrating screen, and the 5-24mm material is sent into the 5X1145 sand making machine for shaping, and then sieved through two 3YZS2675 circular vibrating screens and the final products is achieved.
