Among them, jaw crusher is used for coarse crushing (discharge more than 10cm); cone crusher and impact crusher are used for medium and fine crushing (discharge more than 1cm), the difference is that cone crusher is suitable for crushing hard rocks such as granite, basalt, river pebble. Impact crusher is suitable for crushing low and medium hardness materials such as limestone and dolomite; if further shaping is needed to make sand, a sand making machine needs to be added to finely shape and mechanism sand production (1-5mm).

The above is a common classification of discharge size. In fact, stone crushers of 5-10mm, 10-16mm, 16-31.5mm and other specifications used in railway projects can also be selected from the HPT cone crusher. In addition to crushing, it can also have a certain shaping function. Since the HPT cone crusher uses a proprietary lamination crushing principle, the proportion of cubes in the finished product is significantly increased, the needle flake particles are reduced, and the gradation is more reasonable.
