Kefid's new product-C6X series jaw crusher

Recently, after the last debug testing, Kefid's C6X series jaw crusher has been successfully launched. The equipment adopts the world's leading crushing technology and can make efficient primary crushing for all kinds of hard ores and rocks.

1. Superior raw materials and components

We select top raw materials for key components(such as front/rear wall, side wall panels, jaw plates, bearing blocks, moving jaw body, spindle, etc.) and top international manufacturers to provide the key components (such as bearings, couplings, etc.).

2. Optimize the cavity structure

The crushing efficiency of the equipment under the same energy consumption is improved by optimizing the crushing chamber structure and moving jaw trajectory parameters.

3. Can be dismantled without welding structure rack

The rack adopts side wall, front and rear wall separation design, through the bolt fixed to replace the previous welding rack, to avoid the stress concentration caused by welding problems. The structure is more compact and reliable.

4. Double wedge adjustment device

Wedge adjustment replace the traditional pad-type discharge port adjustment. The discharge port adjustment operation is more simple, efficient and safe.

5.elastic limit shock absorber

The elastic limit block and the rubber damping device are used instead of the rigid footing connection to effectively absorb the vibration peak load, thus reducing the mutual impact between the crusher and the foundation and improving the service life of the equipment.

6. Integrated motor base

The motor base fixed installed in the crusher, reducing the installation space and the power transmission is more stable.
