Kefid VU aggregate optimization system
In view of the current market demand for high-quality mechanism sand, Kefid developed VU series aggregate optimization system.It uses stone or melon stone and other cheap gravel sand as raw materials with adjustable, environmentally friendly, low-cost new dry type technique of making sand to produce high quality mechanism sand.
VU aggregate optimization system is a complete set of dry sand making equipment, through two tower structure complete the entire production line layout. After crushed by the VU-type vertical shaft impact crusher and the action of mold control screen,dust remover,the materials is divided into three: stone powder,revert and finished sand. Through the dust remover,stone powder is sent into the powder warehouse, finished sand into the grain machine to further shaping, after humidification and stirring to complete the process.
The core objective of the VU aggregate optimization system is to produce high quality mechanism sand like natural sand to meet the requirements of concrete sand, significantly improve gradation, grain type, powder and other indicators, its actual results fully meet the design expectations.The powder content is stable and 3-15% adjustable.VU sand fully meet the standards of concrete sand and can effectively improve the strength.Its performance can be comparable to natural sand.
At present, Kefid VU aggregate optimization system has been applied to a number of mixing stations, dry mortar, products factory and other supporting sand preparation project with stable operation, good effect and the system in the closed dry process to complete quality sand making process.The process do not produce dust.It is well praised by customers.
