250TPH iron ore mobile crushing plant

Production capacity: 300 tph Description of the flow chart:
1. In this flow chart include mobile jaw crusher KJ110-1, mobile cone crusher KH300-2, and mobile VSI crusher KV9526-2 (2 sets).  
2. The raw ore will be fed into mobile jaw crusher continuously by vibrating feeder. The ore after crushed by mobile jaw crusher will be transported to mobile cone crusher .The material which is smaller than 40mm will be separated out by the vibrating screen. The iron ore bigger than 40mm will be separated and transported to mobile cone crusher for re-crushing.
3. The material which is smaller than 40mm will be fed into mobile VSI crusher, after crushed by mobile VSI crushing, the material that more than 10mm will be separated by vibrating screen and transported to mobile cone crusher for re-crushing, the material that less than 10 mm will be separated by vibrating screen.
