300 TPH manganese ore mobile crushing plant adopts 2 sets of mobile plants YG1142E710 and Y3S2160HP220. The YG1142E710 is equipped with a vibrating feeder and jaw crusher. And the Y3S2160HP220 is equipped with Hydraulic Cone Crusher. It’s a complete plant of equipment with the features of flexibility, reducing the transportation cost of material, stable performance and easy maintenance.Processing material: manganese ore Feed size: 700 mm

300 TPH manganese ore mobile crushing plant process:
Send the material to the vibrating feeder by the excavator at first. Secondly, the vibrating feeder will transport the material to the jaw crusher evenly, periodically and continuously. And then the material will be crushed, squeezed by the jaw crusher. The material falling down from the jaw crusher will be sent to the HPC cone crusher for secondary crushing and then sorted by the vibrating screen. The qualified sized material will be conveyed to the final product area by the belt conveyor. And the oversized material will return to the cone crusher for re-crushing.
