100TPH metal ore stationary crushing plant

OUTPUT SIZE: 0-10 mm     CAPACITY: 100 t/h

PROCESS DESCRIPTION: Feed the metal ore into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder. Then the material falling down from the jaw crusher will be sent to the cone crusher cs75 for second crushing. And then they will be sorted by the screen 2YZS 1860, the 0-10 mm sized ore will be transported to the final area. The oversized material will be sent to the VSI sand making machine for the third crushing. The material falling down from the sand making machine will then be sorted by the 2YZS2160 screen. The 0-10 mm sized material will be sent to the final product area. The oversized material will be resent to the sand making machine for re-crushing.
