Flow Chart Introduction
300-350TPH limestone sand making solution: The raw stone is blasted from the mountain, the size below 750mm will be transferred to vibrating feeder by dumping car, the vibrating feeder will feed the stone to jaw crusher evenly, jaw crusher will crush the stone to 95mm-165mm, this is primary crushing stage. Then the stone after crushed by jaw crusher will be transferred to European tech impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing, the stone which is over 40mm after vibrating screen will be back to the impact crusher for re-crushing, below 40mm stone will be fed into vertical shaft impact crusher, at last the crushed products will be screened by vibrating screen, the oversize products will be back to vertical shaft impact crusher for re-crushing, the final products will be send to stock pile by belt conveyor.
